Transitioning from Adassist
Effective September 9th, Advantage will no longer support Adassist. This means from that date forward, it will not be possible to generate new reports or access previously generated reports through Adassist.
Why Is This Change Happening?
Adassist relies on legacy technologies that Microsoft has ceased to update, making it increasingly challenging for us to maintain the high standard of service you should expect. In light of this, we have made the decision to discontinue Adassist reporting. For Non-Adassist Users: there’s no action required.
Next Steps for Adassist Users
For Current Adassist Users: We understand the need for seamless and effective reporting for your advertising campaigns. Please download and explore the comprehensive library of reports available through Advantage. Our team is available to assist with your transition ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. NOTE: Ensure you’re not missing any reports by going to the security → `module access`, navigating to each category section, and unblocking any reports you want to access. Please note that moving forward, report requests submitted will be reviewed based on the order received.

Platform Migration to New Servers
We are excited to announce that we will be migrating the Advantage Software Hosted platform to new servers in a Tier 1 Data Center in the coming months. This migration will provide several benefits to our valued partners.
Specifically, this move will:
- Provide a higher level of security for all of your data within the toolset.
- Pave the way for software modernization, scalability and improved performance.
How the Migration Affects You
If your organization is currently Hosted, we will begin the data center migration in the second half of 2024. All partners will receive advance notice of their planned server migration date. Users will experience minimal changes to the sign in process, and we will send out further instructions as we get close to your migration date.
If your organization is currently On Prem, there will be no impact on your daily use. Please note that there may be a slightly longer timeframe if moving from On Prem to Hosted, but the option is still available.
Timeframe for the Migration
Notifications of data center migration timeframes will be delivered mid-late Q3 2024. All clients must be moved to the new data center by December 31, 2024.
